Beginning January 15th, Molina Marketplace will reimburse for over-the-counter COVID-19 home tests that meet the below requirements during the Public Health Emergency.

Molina also covers Covid-19 testing without being charged a co-pay or cost share when ordered or given by a provider. For further details please consult your Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
Molina does not cover COVID laboratory testing that is done for general workplace health and safety (such as employee "return to work" programs), for public health surveillance for SARS-CoV-2, or for any other purpose not primarily intended for individualized diagnosis or treatment of COVID-19 or another health condition, including testing required for travel.
Molina covers the cost of the COVID-19 vaccination without members being charged a co-pay or cost share.
