Notice of Conduent Data Breach
Molina Healthcare (“Molina”) recently received notification from Conduent Business Services, LLC (“Conduent”) of a data breach. Conduent, a vendor and business associate of Molina, provides credit balance auditing services for certain Molina providers. The incident involved the protected health information of some Molina members. On May 11, 2023, special $0 cost-sharing and extended network exceptions for COVID testing and treatment are going away. Just like other benefits covered under your plan, COVID testing, and treatment will now be covered with plan cost-sharing through in-network providers only.
If you have received COVID-related services in the past, be sure to check if your provider is in-network and what cost-sharing will apply for future services.
