Providing care during emergencies

Eligibility verification

If the internet is down, you can verify your Molina patients' eligibility by calling the Provider Services line and using the IVR phone system. Or you can speak to a representative at (855) 322-4082.

Prior authorizations

Emergent and urgent services do not require prior authorization. Authorization requirements are lifted for your Molina patients in the impacted areas and remain in effect until the state of emergency is lifted.

Medication support

If your Molina patient has lost their prescription due to recent the recent natural disaster, emergency prescriptions are covered. You can find a nearby pharmacy by visiting Caremark.com/memberportal/pharmacy-locator?fastStyle=OE or by calling (855) 322-4082.

Transportation assistance

For help with your patients' transportation, please contact call Health Care Authority at (800) 562-3022 or we can provide the vendor's name and number depending on the county by calling (855) 322-4082.

Disaster assistance programs and community resources

FEMA disaster recovery support

Federal disaster relief help is available for those affected. Visit DisasterAssistance.gov or call (800) 621-3362 to learn about applying and what is available to you and your patients.

Red Cross

Contact the Red Cross at 800-RED-CROSS or Northwest Region | American Red Cross to locate resources near your patients.
