What happens after I enroll with Molina Healthcare?

Once you’re enrolled, you’ll receive a welcome call from us. During this call you can expect to:

  • Learn more about what your care manager does for you
  • Share more about your health goals
  • Learn more about how Molinacan help you with your current health needs
  • Create your person-centered care plan with your care manager based on your health needs
  • Get answers to your questions

You’ll receive a new member packet and your ID card in the mail shortly after enrollment.

 

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
