Online: Log in to www.healthearizonaplus.gov.

What information do I need to renew my membership?

If you are renewing for an adult or a minor age 14 or older who is required to file a tax return you will need your income information.

How often do I need to renew my membership?

You need to renew your AHCCCS membership every 12 months.
