Affinity by Molina Healthcare Essential Plan
Essential Plan is a NY State of Health sponsored health insurance program for New Yorkers who are not eligible for QHP, Medicaid or Child Health Plus. The Essential Plan is a no-deductible health plan and covers doctor visits, tests ordered by your provider, prescription drugs, hospital care and much more.
We thank our essential plan members for being patient while we work to mail your over-the-counter cards within 30 days. The new cards will have benefits for both August and September . This delay is the part of program setup and should not happen again.
