Memorandum of Understanding - Joint Operations Meetings
Molina Healthcare of California (MHC) formalizes its relationships with external agencies through Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), that promote open communication to improve coordination and delivery of care for our members. These MOUs outline the specific roles, responsibilities, and activities of each party, creating a solid foundation for collaboration.
To ensure ongoing alignment and effective execution of the terms set forth in the MOUs, Molina Healthcare facilitates quarterly Joint Operation Meetings. These meetings foster continued collaboration and strengthen operational and clinical coordination between Molina and its external partners.
