New Provider Orientation Scheduled for 2026

During this orientation, we will review our MPO PowerPoint and the resources available on our websites. We will also discuss prior authorizations, claims, policies/procedures, and address any questions you may have. The presentations will be 1-hour and then we will use the last 30 minutes to walk through our website and address questions.

Model of Care Provider Training
Molina Healthcare of Washington is required to provide annual Model of Care (MOC) training for Special Needs Program (SNP) providers. The MOC serves as the foundation for Molina’s care management policies and operations for SNP members.

To remain compliant with CMS requirements, primary care providers and key specialties (Cardiology, Hematology/Oncology, and Psychiatry) must complete MOC training and submit an attestation to Molina by 12/31/26. To support this requirement, Molina will host MOC webinars that include training and completion of the required attestation.
