The Qualified Health Plan Enrollee Experience Survey (QHP Enrollee Survey) is a survey that measures member experience with QHPs offered in the Marketplaces. An independent, HHS-approved group surveys Passport Health members each year.
Passport uses this member feedback to assess how happy our members are with Passport and the care they get from doctors. Passport's goal is to have each plan reach or exceed the Passport national average score.
