Getting Help:

  Mental Health Support: Get a covered mental health assessment with a licensed provider at no cost. 

• You don't need a referral. View covered mental health providers here.
• Call Member Services at (888) 665-4621 for help finding a provider. 

Types of Services: 

 Non-Specialty Mental Health Services (Outpatient)

• Covered services include individual, family, and group therapy, medication management, and more. 
• Couples counseling is not covered.

 Specialty Mental Health Services

• If you need more serious help, you may be referred to County Mental Health Services.  
• Call your county's number for more information.
