Florida Behavioral Health Network (BNet)

What is BNet?
The Behavioral Health Network (BNet) will provide support for children ages 5 through 18 who are enrolled in the Children’s Medical Services (CMS) Plan by Molina Healthcare and who have mental health or substance use concerns. Through BNet, families may access care for the full range of behavioral health needs, helping children receive the right support to grow and thrive.
How Do I Enroll?
Enrollment in BNet is voluntary, and your child’s Case Manager is ready to help guide you.
To qualify, your child must:
- Be enrolled in CMS Plan through Florida KidCare
- Have a diagnosed mental health or substance related disorder
- Note: Children with ADHD as a primary diagnosis do not qualify
- Meet BNet’s clinical and treatability criteria

Who Provides BNet Services?
BNet partners with a trusted network of local behavioral health professionals, including:
- Psychiatrists
- Licensed mental health and substance use clinicians
- Specialized providers experienced in caring for children and families
Care Designed for Your Child
BNet offers a wide range of services to ensure the right level of support, including:
- Professional consultation
- In‑home and outpatient individual and family counseling
- Targeted care management
- Psychiatry services
- Medications for behavioral health or substance use conditions
- Up to 30 days of residential care and 10 days of inpatient care
- Individualized wraparound supports
- Parent guidance and education
- Respite services
- Advocacy
- Additional supportive activities
Medical services are delivered through CMS Plan and may include:
- Routine medical care
- Visits with specialists
- Immunizations
- And more

Important Note
If you will be completing a Florida KidCare application and you believe your child may need behavioral health support, you will answer “YES” to the question: “Does this child have a medical or developmental condition expected to last more than 12 months?” This will help ensure you are contacted to determine if your child is eligible for the Children’s Medical Services (CMS) Plan.
Children’s Medical Services (CMS) Plan by Molina Healthcare will provide managed care services to our members. Molina Healthcare is a licensed Florida health plan. CMS Plan will provide free aids and services to people with disabilities, such as qualified sign language interpreters, written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic and other formats), and free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.
