Taking care of your eyes is super important for feeling great! When you visit the eye doctor regularly, they can find and fix problems before you even notice them.
As a Medicaid Healthy Connections member of Molina Healthcare of South Carolina, you have vision services available with VSP Vision. Getting help for your eyes is easy and fun!
Here's what you get:
- One visit to the eye doctor each year for a check-up!
- If you’re 21 or older, you can get new glasses every two years if you need them!
- If you're under 21, you can get new glasses once a year if you need them!
And if you have diabetes, make sure to get a special eye exam each year to keep your eyes healthy.
Need help finding a vision provider?
You can choose from two easy ways to find a provider. Let's get started!
- Visit http://www.vsp.com/medicaid to use VSP’s provider directory
- Call a VSP representative toll-free at (844) 859-5870. Open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for all time zones, including Monday through Sunday.
When scheduling an appointment, let them know you are a VSP member. The provider will check with VSP to confirm which services are covered.
