BadgerCare Plus and SSI plan offers no-cost or low-cost comprehensive health coverage in 36 counties throughout Wisconsin. Some BadgerCare Plus and SSI members may have premiums, however Molina Healthcare does not charge monthly premiums for our health plans and there are no or low copays for most services.
