In September 2023, Molina acquired My Choice Wisconsin. On this page, you’ll find all the information and resources you need as a valued provider partner to help you through this integration process, which will begin on July 1, 2024, for Medicaid SSI and BadgerCare Plus, January 1, 2025, for Medicare (Dual Advantage), and January 1, 2026, for Family Care and Family Care Partnership. Our goal is to minimize the impact on you by leveraging all opportunities to seamlessly integrate My Choice Wisconsin data into the Molina system.
