What's Covered
Your vision care is provided to you by March Vision. Your Passport by Molina Healthcare vision benefits include routine eye exams and eyeglasses or contact lenses if medically necessary .

If you need vision care, you must go to a Passport network provider. To find the vision care center nearest you, call Member Services at (800) 578-0603, TTY: 711.

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
