Dental Benefit Details
Members enrolled in Molina Dual Options are eligible for a ($4,000) allowance for:
Preventive Services, twice a year:- Oral Exams
- Cleaning
- Fluoride Treatments
Comprehensive Services including:
- Crowns
- Root Canals
- Dentures, Denture Repairs and more
