STAR is a Texas Medicaid managed care program. You pick a medical plan that gives your Medicaid services. You pick a main doctor. That doctor is your point of contact for Medicaid services. Molina has a large group of specialists, therapists, clinics, and hospitals that can provide you with Medicaid services. Learn more.

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
